A native of Yadkin County, North Carolina, Lindsay’s love for Raleigh began when she started college at North Carolina State University in 2004, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Prior to Steel Projects, Lindsay served as a Senior Manager at INC Research, now Syneos Health, accruing years of experience in project management.

Lindsay’s roots in social work have inspired her to lead several of Steel Projects’ community-driven initiatives including the design and installation of multiple award-winning gardening and landscape projects while also organizing the company’s charitable giving and philanthropic efforts. 

As Operations Director at Steel Projects, Lindsay oversees the day-to-day operations for the company’s property management and residential projects, manages community partnerships and marketing efforts, and works with the development team on strategic initiatives.
