FENWAY

Although this 3 bedroom house was built in the early-1900s, it was saved from demolition and moved to its current location by Raleigh preservationist Gordon Smith in 2007. The historic home was renovated by Steel Projects in 2017 and features original wood siding and heart pine hardwood floors. 

The exterior paint colors were chosen from Benjamin Moore’s Fenway Collection, as an homage to Steel Projects’ favorite baseball team, the Boston Red Sox. Walkable to Moore Square, Roshambo, Benchwarmers Bagels, Alimentari, and Raleigh Wine Shop. Walk or bike to dozens of downtown amenities, transit stops, parks, and greenways.
