Emily grew up in North Raleigh before settling in downtown Raleigh to begin her professional career. She brings 12+ years of project management and marketing experience to the Steel Projects team, where she handles digital communication and special projects.

Having spent her entire career in downtown Raleigh, Emily is passionate about helping businesses and neighborhoods thrive in her community. She has served on the board of Downtown Raleigh Alliance and North Carolina Theatre, and was the recipient of the Triangle Business Journal’s 2024 Women in Business award.

Emily graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in English in 2011. She is also a graduate of Leadership Raleigh class 34. She currently lives in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
